Construction management of a new sports center in Valencia. New volumes are constructed on the preexisting installation, three of them interconnected. The common areas are offices, multipurpose rooms and locker rooms. The main building includes a martial arts hall on the ground floor and a sports court suitable for football, handball and basketball in first floor. A second building contains a room for indoors classical fencing and another with 12 fencing tracks on the ground floor. On the cover there are two synthetic surface tennis courts. Approximate area of 6,000 m².
